J9pm Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the j9pm platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the j9pm platform is subject to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and j9pm ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform's services.
This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where the use of such services is lawful under local regulations. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of this platform does not violate any applicable laws in their location.
J9pm reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
To access the full services of the j9pm platform, users are required to register an account with accurate and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide a valid Malaysian phone number for verification purposes. Your name, date of birth, and other details provided must be truthful and accurate. j9pm reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification at any time.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. j9pm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Permitted Activities
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes
- Accessing games and services available on the platform
- Contacting customer support for account-related assistance
- Using the deposit and withdrawal functions within the set limits
Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity
- Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate games
- Transferring funds between accounts for money laundering purposes
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
Any violation of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of the account, and j9pm reserves the right to hold funds in accounts suspected of fraudulent activity while an investigation is in progress.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the j9pm platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). j9pm does not accept transactions in foreign currencies and does not charge any currency conversion fees.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via local payment methods accepted by the platform, including Boost, DuitNow, and Malaysian internet banking. Deposits are generally processed almost instantly, depending on the chosen payment method. j9pm reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may change from time to time.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same or related payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. j9pm reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements involved.
Funds in accounts suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or terms violations may be frozen while an investigation is conducted. In cases where a violation is established, j9pm reserves the right to seize such funds in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
J9pm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. j9pm does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. Users are advised not to rely solely on information displayed on the platform without independent verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the j9pm platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of j9pm or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from j9pm.
Third-Party Links
The j9pm platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. j9pm is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
J9pm reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons, without prior notice in emergency cases:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity or manipulation
- Inaccurate account information provided
- Requests from relevant authorities
- Use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks have been completed.
Changes to Terms
J9pm reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the j9pm platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established by the platform.
